Other trainers just follow a routine with their clients, however Krista is nothing like that. She gets to know your personality to understand what works for you and assesses your body totally when creating the sessions. She understands what you want, and shows you what you need to achieve it. She is honest and gives 100% to each client. She tailors everything specifically based on where you are in your training, and where you need to go. She explains, in detail, why she is giving you the exercises and how they affect each part of you. She cares about the training as much as you do, probably more, because she puts her whole heart into everything. All of her clients trust her 100% because of this and are loyal to her. I am a challenging client, in that she needs to constantly push me. She is the only trainer that has ever succeeded in transforming my body and mind.
